For Sale: $100 million
Grand, manor-style estate on 300+ acres in Charlottesville, VA. Neighbors include Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and James Monroe’s Ash Lawn-Highland. Owned by winemaker Patricia Kluge.

For Sale: $75 million
