This 8,354sf home was on a private gulf front sanctuary in Blue Mountain Beach resting high on a bluff with 487 feet of beach front and 688 feet of water front on Big Redfish Lake. This home was purchased by Jim Barksdale of Netscape. This amazing home sold for $7 million in May of 2009 for more than $10 million off the original offer price.
