Luxury home sales on Scenic 30A Up 20% from 2011!
Scenic 30A luxury home sales surpassed the breakthrough year of 2011 with a 20% increase of homes sold over $2 million. There were 41 homes sold over $2 million in 2012 versus 34 in 2011. However, the ULTRA LUXURY homes sold in 2011 were record breaking with the top 5 list ranging from $8.1 million to $4.75 million compared to 2012’s top 5 list topping out at $5 million and going down to $3.25 million. In 2012 only the most expensive property sold would have made the 2011 top 5 list. However, there is a limited inventory of ULTRA LUXURY homes available for sale on Scenic 30A which is one of the reasons for the decline in sales.
