This is by far one of our favorite reports to put out on 30A Real Estate. Every year there are spectacular luxury homes that sell with amazing architecture and beauty. Many of these homes are iconic to 30A and represent the best of the best in architecture, interior design and craftsmanship. Scenic 30A had a record year in sales for 2013. The 30A luxury home market exploded with 186 single family homes selling at $1mil and over. The increase in luxury home sales on 30A increased from 142 homes sold over $1mil in 2012 to 186 in 2013 or a 31% increase. The ultra luxury market of homes over $2mil also saw an increase from 41 homes sold in 2012 to 66 sold in 2013 which represents a 61% increase!
