Coastal Builders of NW Florida built 76 Eastern Lake court. They have been building on 30A for over a decade and the General Contractor has been building in the area for over 35 years. They are a very good builder. The construction downturn has weeded out most of the fly by night builders and the ones that are still in business are very good.

Hi Sherrie -

Are you referring to Water Front property in Florida? There are many areas throughout the country were it is significantly more expensive than Florida. Off the top of my head…NYC and the Bay Area California.

You can get water front property in Florida for the price of a small home in Silicon Valley. I would chose this penthouse gulf front condo in WaterSound over a condo in NYC for the same price. It is my opinion you would get better value for the money in Florida.

WaterSound 113 Founders Lane sold on November 15, 2011 for $5.7Mil! What an amazing home. This gulf front home was originally listed for $9.9mil in 2009.

76 Eastern Lake went under contract November 13th, 2011. We have several buyers looking at this property and now it is gone.
