WaterSound Homeowner’s Haven October 2nd thru 4th, 2009

It is that wonderful time of year again. All the homeowner’s in WaterSound gather together for their semi-annual Homeowner’s Haven. The weekend kicks off on Friday with WaterSound’s Compass Point and Crossing’s Annual Meeting and the favorite Owner’s Sunset Club get together at 6pm.

There are lots of great events planned that have been coordinated between the social committee and Monark Events. Saturday’s dinner will be held at the WaterSound Beach Club and Sunday’s Owner’s Brunch will be held at the Bridges Pool House.

WaterSound Beach Club Membership Now Available For All Owners & Prospective Buyers

On June 12th, 2009 WaterSound announced that they will be opening up the private membership to all current owners, as well as anyone who purchases property in WaterSound Beach, WaterSound West Beach or WaterSound North.

WaterSound property owners and current Sunset Members will be allowed to activate a new, recallable membership offering at WaterSound Beach Club. This offering will be available to all property owners in WaterSound Communities and including St. Joe owned lots in Wild Heron. The recallable membership will be a new class of membership at WaterSound Beach Club. This membership will differ from the current beach club membership. The new membership will be recallable; therefore, non-transferable with the sale of the property.
