In this newsletter we are reviewing the Most Expensive Properties that have sold in 2010. This includes homes, condos, land and the most expensive distressed properties.</p>
<p>								One thing is for sure, our inventory is at a 4 year low, down 44% from the high of 2006. Premium properties are selling lightning fast and buyers are coming in masses to snatch up fantastic buys. Team Baranowski had a fantastic year, and finished out the year with over 11 closings in December. We have already written several new contracts this year and expect 2011 to be awesome!</p>
<p>								With our inventory depleting, and dipping close to under 12 months of inventory on hand&#8230;we are quickly approaching the critical transitional shift in the market. I am not sure if it&nbsp; is Valentine&#39;s Day, the Saints winning the Super Bowl, the Hands Across the Sand event, Mardi Gras, Spring on its way, the Real Estate Market or our awesome customers&#8230;but we are feeling the love all around! </p>
<p>	The Real Estate Market along 30A and the Emerald Coast is chugging along and we are remaining optimistic about 2010. We still have a long and tenuous road ahead with an expected surge of foreclosures that will have an impact on our local and national real estate market. Buyers continue to snatch up great deals all along the Emerald Coast with our list of buyers growing daily looking for that amazing piece of property in Northwest Florida. Fortunately, we have much more<b> Good</b> this month than previous months. All signs are showing that the market is slowing starting to get back on its feet and beginning the long haul for recovery.</span></em></span></p>

<p>	We do have a significant amount of real estate inventory to work through, and there will be a large number of foreclosures in 2010&#8230;but, the great deals and the premier properties are quickly selling and many buyers are left wondering why they didn&#39;t purchase when the price was right.
