Wow! Can you believe summer is over? No more beach, no more sunshine, no more sand between your toes…well summer is over but is it still absolutely amazing out on the beach! I am beginning to re-think our weekly newsletter as it is quickly turning into a monthly newsletter as we have been busy keeping all our of customers happy. Team Baranowski has been closing some fantastic deals for buyers and selling our listings. We were the first to close a HAFA approved short sale along the Emerald Coast and we have many more being approved every week.

We have a fantastic newsletter with some great articles on the market, our top luxury and distressed property picks and much more. I have been struggling with our top distressed picks as they either go under contract before I can get them published or we have buyers looking at them so we try to keep them quiet. It is a buyers market so we will find a great buy and the perfect property you are looking for.
