Craig Baranowski is the team leader and brings over 6 years of Real Estate experience and more than a dozen years of experience as a top producer in strategic sales and world-wide strategic alliances. He managed multi-million dollar relationships with Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, Oracle, Accenture and many others. Craig has utilized his skills in strategic alliances to bring together the best and brightest team to most effectively deliver the best service to his real estate clients. Craig is a top producer at Keller Williams and is a member of their Destin Leadership Council. He is an authority on short sales and distressed property and his publications are read by thousands across the country on his industry leading blog. Craig is an avid cyclist and races competitively on a masters racing team.
Tracy Baranowski has an extensive history as a top producer in sales and Real Estate. During her career she has worked with fast paced and results oriented companies where she consistently met or exceeded her targeted sales goals. She has transferred her passion for success and her results driven attitude to Real Estate and focuses on luxury real estate on Scenic 30-A. Tracy is a competitive swimmer and is an active member of the swimming community.
Danny Margagliano is a new addition to Team Baranowski with a focus on real estate in Destin, Miramar Beach and 30A. As a professional surfer for 6 years, Danny traveled the world, met amazing people and formed lifelong relationships. His competitive, yet personable attitude drives his success in sales and helped him achieve Rookie Salesman of the Year at his first sales job and has a long history as a top producer. Danny has two beautiful kids and enjoys raising them on the Emerald Coast.
Joseph Baranowski leads bank owned property and short sale negotiation team working under real estate Attorney Mark A. Violette P.A.. He is the leading short sale negotiator on the Emerald Coast and helped pave the way for short sales well before they became a national real estate epidemic. Joe has 30 years experience as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a number of top technology companies. Through his career he has developed a passion for strategic vision and collaboration as a team, and leverages this into his 7 years of experience in Real Estate.
Team Baranowski is active in the South Walton community. The Baranowski’s actively participate in the Cottages for Kids Charity event where they built the Pineapple Under the Sea and Fury From The Deep cottages helping raise over $300,000 for the Children’s Volunteer Heath Network which benefits un-insured and under-insured children in Walton County. Team Baranowski won the Originality Award and People’s Choice Award for their cottages and enjoyed bringing smiles to thousands of families that came to visit the event. The Baranowski’s volunteer their time at the South Walton Montessori Academy as well help sponsor a masters bicycle racing team and youth’s triathlon development program. Danny Margagliano is a fireman for the South Walton Fire District. Team Baranowski has a true passion for South Walton and the Scenic 30A area and believe this is one of the most beautiful places in the world to live and raise a family.
