Team Baranowski is a family team comprising of Craig, Tracy and Joseph Baranowski. Combined they have over 50 years of experience with strategic sales and marketing. Joseph Baranowski’s career extends over 30+ years as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a number of top semiconductor companies such as Mitsubishi Semiconductor, Intel, Texas Instruments, Siliconix and others. Through his career his has developed a passion for strategic vision and collaboration as a team and leverages into his deep understanding of the Real Estate Market with over 6 years of experience.

Craig Baranowski brings over 5 years of Real Estate experience and over a dozen years of  experience as a top producer in strategic sales with a focus on world wide strategic alliances. He managed multi-million dollar relationships with Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, Oracle, Accenture and many others. Craig has utilized his skills in strategic alliances to bring together the best and brightest team to most effectively deliver the best service to his real estate customers.

Tracy Baranowski has an extensive history as a top performing sales representative and Realtor. During her career she has worked at the fast paced and results oriented companies of Netscape and Maxim Integrated Products where she consistently meet or exceed her targeted sales goals. She has transferred her passion for success and her results driven attitude to Real Estate.

Team Baranowski is active in the South Walton community. For the past two years the Baranowski’s have participated in the Cottages for Kids Charity event where their construction company built the Pineapple Under the Sea and Fury From The Deep cottages helping raise over $300,000 for the Children’s Volunteer Heath Network which benefits un-insured and under-insured children in Walton County. Team Baranowski won the Originality Award and People’s Choice Award for their cottages and enjoyed bringing smiles to thousands of families that came to visit the event. The Baranowski’s volunteer at the South Walton Montessori Academy as well as sponsor a masters bicycle racing team and youth’s’ triathlon development program. Tracy and Craig also volunteer at 30A Radio where they host the Real Estate Round Up radio show that airs Fridays at 9am CST and assist with developing a new website, blog and podcasting platform for 30Aradio.org.

The Baranowski’s have a true passion for South Walton and the 30A area and believe this is one of the most beautiful places in the world to live and raise a family.
