The most notable new listing is The Vera Bradley Inn by The Sea in Seaside FL just went up for sale for $4,950,000. This amazing bed and breakfast located in the heart of Seaside at 38 Seaside Avenue is zoned for commercial and residential use. It has 9 custom designed suites by Vera Bradley with each suite having its own wood burning fireplace. At 5,264sf this house is currently priced at $940sf which is below the average price per squarefoot in Seaside of $1,188.50/sf. I have included both gulf front and non-gulf front in this number since this is such a unique and well known property in Seaside.
